Leave on the Ground
Lind, Lönn, and Ask — the trees that stand proudly in our garden, each with their own unique character.
Every autumn, their leaves drift down like nature’s confetti. I loved walking among them, collecting the shapes and colours that had fallen to the ground. Each leaf was different — playful, intricate, full of personality.
Before the busy work of cleaning the garden began, I would sit with my sketchbook and bring those leaves to life on the page. Drawing them was a simple joy, a quiet moment of connection with the changing season.
